Restoring e-mails after reformating

L

Larry

I recently reformated my hard drive. Before I did it I
backed up my e-mail folders from C:\windows\application
data\identities\...
I am now trying to copy the backed up folders (.dbx) back
in to the same location as they were before but once
copied I can't access them through Outlook express...any
ideas how to get them back?

Remove the "Read Only" file property and try again.

For further assistance ask in an Outlook Express forum. This is an Microsoft
Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.

Here is the link for the right forum

Good Luck!
