restoring files to IMAP folders

hi

sorry - i know this isn't strictly an outlook problem,
but...

i recently installed incredimail xe to see how it compared
to outlook 2000. i am using outlook to view messages in
IMAP folders. unfortunately, i didn't configure the
options in incredimail to leave copies of the message on
the server, so the first time i started it, it removed all
the mail from the IMAP folder. i was wondering if anyone
knew of a way to restore these messages to the IMAP
folders, either directly or by importing to outlook/a
similar program.
