Restoring MOPS 07 DB's to another Instance of MOPS 07

How would you restore db's of another MOPS 07 instance onto another one.
The SQL Server 2005 part is throwing me on how to get the restored db's onto
another SQL instance.
My assumption is to create a new MOPS instance and point to the restored
db's when creating the instance of MOPS 07.
