Restoring my Groove access

M

Martin Hjort

Hi. I've installed Groove 2007 and need to re-access my workspaces. I do not
have access to my groove file (it was deleted during a so-called Vista
upgrade). How do I obtain this access again.

Kind regards

Martin,

You need to create a new account and then have your administrator re-invite
you. If you were the admin, I'm not sure what you do.

1)Click create a new account when given the option in the new Groove install.

2)have the admin delete you from the workspace

3)get the admin to send you the email invite again

4)back your groove file up to a secure location so this doesn't happen again
:)

hope that helps...
