restoring office 2003

i was cleaning up the computer and deleted the microsoft tools from the
computer. the shortcuts no longer work, and the recovery will not work
either. idon't have a disk since the computer manufacter had them
preinstalled. restoring does'nt work and i can not restore on the day or
prior when i removed the microsoft tools.
i would really appreciate any help from anyone. Thank god the microsoft word
still works!

You chose to delete the Office feature. If you want it back, you
must reinstall the Office feature from the Office CD. Since
Office came preinstalled on your computer by the computer
manufacturer, you need to contact your computer manufacturer to
get a replacement CD.
