Restoring Outlook as Default Email Service

Milly Staples responded to this on 1/11/04, but somehow I
lost the message before I read the answer.
The problem is I converted my email service to
IncrediMail XE about a year ago. I have many important
messages and contacts on IncrediMail. I would like to
restore Outlook as my default email service without
losing my Incredimail info and contacts. How do I do
that? Sorry I'm asking again, but I'm still clueless. Can
you help?
