Restoring Outlook Contacts

Forgot to back up contacts/address book in Outlook before I installed XP
Professional and Office 2003. In other words, I scrubbed the hard drive. Is
there anyway to retrieve them from the C drive?

No. Format C: pretty well takes care of that.
