Hello,
We are working in a Terminal Server environment. Office XP is fully
installed with multiple MUI for Office XP / Windows 2003 Server.
Everything looks OK, except that many templates are missing from the
list. For example, in Word, many English templates in "Letters & Faxes"
are missing.
In the installation folder of Office XP, all MUI are correctly listed
under Templates, and all files are here. Then I looked into the
following registry entry:
HKCR\Installer\Components\C6BD1954B293F2C40998508A5A1ADE85
.... and all the missing templates are also missing here. For example,
if the English "Professional Fax" template is missing in the Word
Templates, its corresponding registry key is also missing (i.e.
1033\proffax.dot REG_MULTI_SZ .....).
Is this a bug after installing all the MUIs? How can I restore all the
missing registry keys?
