Restoring the original baseline work in Project Server 2003

Hi,

I am facing a problem. While uploading projects on project server, we forgot
to create baseline, now most of the projects are on mid way, but in the
absence of baseline, we are unable to get reliable reports from project
server. If we define baseline now, it will take the figures which is shown in
"Work" field as on today. MS Project uses to update the "Work" field after
getting Actual work information. But we need to get original baseline work
and other cost related information.

As per current version, we cant replace project on project server as it
contains actual efforts from timesheets.

Can anyone please tell how can we get original baseline figures on ongoing
projects ?

Thanks & Regards,
chinnu

If you forgot to save the baseline at the beginning of the projects, then I
would recommend you baseline the projects immediately. Otherwise, I know of
no easy way to get the original figures in the baseline for the project.
Sorry.
