Restoring toolbars in MS Word 2000

help!!

I know I am in the wrong area but I am desperate. I lost
all my toolbars on MS Word 2000 and do not know how to
restore them. I have no toolbars whatsoever. Nothing!
My boss did something to the machine, I don't know what
and now he is blaming me for the problem.

Help!!
