We are using Outlook 2003 SP1 and Exchange 2003 and make meeting room etc
accessible through Outlook for direct booking.
The problem is that all can read the meeting item "text body" and
attachments. Some of the items can contain personal information, which
should only be read by the recipients.
Is it possible to see all the free/busy information and book a meeting room,
change your own items, but not read others?
Please, any solution is a good solution. Some sensitive information is
already out there.
