Hi everybody, I'd like to include an external person as member to one of my
workspaces. However this person should not be capable to see, retrieve and
have access to certain information with the available areas such as 'Files',
'Calendar', Meetings', 'Tracking Issues' and so forth...

Any idea?

Groove delivers all content to all space members. You'd need to create a
new space with the limited content in it.

Is it then possible to sync just selected information of a space with
another space (automatically). I mean, can I sync a subfolder from 'Files'
with another workspace (Files area)?

Not automatically, no. You can write a program to do it.

My company makes a program that make it happen very easily though. Contact
