Restricting download of database from website

I have a microsoft access database that I want to incorporate into my website. The problem is that when I click the link to the database, it allows the user to "Save" the database to their local machine. I want to restrict this so the user can only "Open" the database while in the browser, but not save it. Is this possible? I'm using FrontPage 2002 for the website development, and the database was created in Access 2000.

You shouldn't have a link for someone to open your dbase. Use the Data Base
Results Wizard to query and display your dbase content.
