Restricting Project open to read only

Hi,
I believe I have my categories set so project managers can only read/write
projects that filter to their RBS. However, even with this set my users can
still open all project plans. I've very confused and a little frustrated
that I can't seem to get this setting right. Could someone potentially show
me the correct drilldown to the category settings to ensure that only
resources in the same RBS or on the project team can open project plans in
project professional? PLEASE?

You'll have to be very specific on the current setup you have. I would
start with a single group, like the PM group and tell us what categories are
assigned to that group with what permissions. For each category you need to
tell us what rules you have applied around projects, i.e. RBS, Owner, on the
project team, etc.

When you test a user, make sure they are only part of the PM group as some
other group memberships might warp your test results.
