Restricting Record Navigation

I have a form that displays a new record when it opens. How can I prevent
users from looking at previous records (I have disabled the navigation
buttons, but they can still use the scroll wheel, Pg Up key, etc. to view
existing records).

While the Lebans hack Gina referred you to is the gold standard for disabling
the mousewheel, if your objective here is to only allow your users to enter
new records but not see previously entered records (records existing before
opening the form for this session of data input) all you have to so is set
the form's Data Entry Property to Yes.

Wow. I can't believe I didn't know about that property. I guess I will use
the excuse that everything I know about Access I taught myself in the last
1.5 months in the course of making this database . . .

Thank you!
