restricting Table of Contents

Is there a way to generate table of contents but restrict
to one directory only? I am using upload form to
generate dynamic content which I want to list in a TOC
format (file name with link to file).

If your host supports subwebs, you could convert that folder to a subweb and create the TOC page there.
