Restrictions form and a report

I have a form with a field DateFrom (shortdate) and I button to call a
report.

In the report I have in filter:

OrderDate>=[Forms]![ORD-RFOrdersDiary].[DateFrom]

When I press the button to execute the report (the report takes data from a
SP) I get the following error:

'Cannot apply Filter on one or more fields specified in the Filter property'
