Retail Access 2000 and Access 2002 Runtime

I have a remote a PC with retail Access 2000 installed and Access 2002
Runtime also installed as part of a package created by Packaging Wizard.

In this environment, is there a command I can associate with a desktop
shortcut that will ensure that my app's .mdb will be run on the Access 2002
Runtime platform?
