Retreve list of members from list of rejected email addresses

I have a list of email addresses from ListBuilder which have bounced and
therefore the email address have been removed from ListBuilder email list. I
have a member database in access with amm my members details in it. What is
the best way to retreve these selected members from my database?

Its would be great if I could create a query or something where I copy the
list of rejected email addresses from the email, paste them into access or
excel and it finds the customers/rows withe the rejected email addresses. I
could then mail merge and send the customers a mail-out to retreve new email
address.
