Retrieve All Children

I have a list with many columns; but the relevent columns to this
request are:

Account Parent Children

Account is the Account
Parent is the Parent to that Account
Children is the number of children to this account (of which some
could be other parents).

Is there an easy way to have some macro pull the bottom level (leaf
level) accounts to a certain parent. These account would have 0 in
the Children Column.

So for Acct ZZCBNMKT (see below) it would return

I've done this plenty of times. Can you post your data at
http://www.thecodecage.com and send me an updated posting with the link where
the file is located. the data that you psoted had lines that were too long
and was wrapped onto multiple lines. Without the exact data I don't think I
wil be able to accurately write the macro,
