You might try referencing Bob Phillips' website

This could work for you if you are wanting to summarize
data between 2 worksheets.

Stay away from Sumif as it will not work well if one of
the worksheets is closed.
The other possibility is to use vlookup if you are just
looking for a one to one match. For excellent background
