Retrieve data from one spreadsheet to place in new spreadsheet.

How can I automatically pull data from worksheet to update new worksheet?

Example: Locate data from worksheet (1) then place results in worksheet (2)
assigned location. The formula needs to "find" data from worksheet (1)
because cells with the information will not remain constant. I have limited
experience with excel & any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
