retrieve from archive

i archive all info in my mailbox older than 45 days. now i
need to retrieve a particular mail which is in my archive
file.

how do i?

The archive is a pst file, In OL File/Open/Personal Folders..browse to
archive locate the email and do as you will.
You can leave archive open but it may slow OL.

Use the File | Open | Outlook Data File command to open your archive .pst
file.
