Retrieving Archives from a CD

I have saved my archives and Outlook Backup on a CD
I am unable to open from CD
Any idea how I can do so

You can't. Outlook must have read/write access to the PST file. You'll need
to copy it to your hard drive, right click, choose Properties, and clear the
Read Only flag.
