retrieving data from microsoft outlook saved in windowsXP into vis

I have all my contact, address calendar & email data on my old computer
with,Windows XP. I now have Windows vista & have discovered that I can't
seem to transfer the data. Can this bedone?

You presumably have Outllok installed & configured on the Vista PC?

Copy your data files to eg Documents on Vista, open them within Outllook
