Retrieving Deleted Emails.........

I cannot fiugre out how to retrieve emails that have been
deleted from my Deleted Items folder. I do not have the
function "Retrieve Deleted Items" on my toolbar. Help
anyone?

If you don't connect directly to an Exchange server that has been configured
for deleted item retention, you don't get this option. Do you have a backup
of your PST file?
