Retrieving e-mail from old hard drive

I got a new computer, installed win XP Pro & Office Pro 2003, put my hard
drive as a slave, & expected to see my old e-mails, contacts, etc. once I
opened up Outlook on that drive. they weren't there but I did a search for
inbox & found the folder in an MBX file. How do I retrieve it (and
everything else) as they were before?

It can only be opened by Outlook, In OL File/Open/Data Store.
Be aware this pst will be in pre 2003 format, therefore there is a size
limit to it, before corruption setts in.
You can create a new pst, within OL, in 2003 format and copy yr existing
,mail etc to it.
