It sounds like someone may have accidentally removed the Web parts on the
PWA Home page. Assuming this is the case, try the following:
1. Navigate to the PWA Home page.
2. In the upper right corner of the page, click the Site Actions menu and
select the Edit Page item.
3. In the Header area, click the Add a Web Part bar.
4. Add the Reminders web part.
5. In the Footer area, click the Add a Web Part bar.
6. Add the Project Workspaces web part.
7. Below the Site actions menu, click the Exit Edit Mode button.
