Retrieving large Hotmail with Outlook 2002

I've set up my personal Hotmail account in Outlook to be
able to read these messages as well. When I receive an
email in my Hotmail that is about 300K or larger, Outlook
cannot connect to the Hotmail server. In further details
it says that a probable cause is that the "waiting time
is too short". Please help me to solve this.
