RETRIEVING LOST NUMBERS FROM THE CONTACTS

MY IPHONE HAD DUPLICATE PHONE NUMBERS AND I DELETED THE DOUBLES MANUALLY.
THEN I SYNCED MY PHONE WITH THE LAPTOP AND NOW ALL THE NUMBERS THAT I DELETED
THAT WERE DOUBLES TOOK OUT THE NUMBER LEFT SO I HAVE BASICALLY LOST ABOUT 56
NUMBERS
