Retriving deleted data from table

I selected all record in the table an press Delete. Haw can I retreve them.
Please help

Since you deleted the records (note: not the table) I think your only way to
recover is to use a backup to get the records back (up until the time you made
the backup) or to use a data-recovery service to get the records back
(expensive but it could be worth it depending on the data).

Do NOT compact the database. DO make a copy of it immediately. And put the
copy in a safe place, so that if anything goes wrong - you will not make a bad
situation worse. DO NOT use the copy - but if you need to start over make a
copy of the copy and work on the copy.

I agree. I did not delete the table, just all records in it. Ther is no
backup (She did not done, but she must). I still have a problem. I make a
copy of database more of them. Then compact one of the copy and it a big
difference. So, there must be data in original mdb.

Is there any way to get data from the table?

THe only way I know to recover the deleted records is to use a data recovery
service that specializes in Access databases. You will need to contact one of
them and send them an uncompacted version of the database.

I don't have any recommendations on a service that can do this.

Thanks to all anyway.

I did it (www.everythingaccess.com). No undeleted data found.
Case closed. I lose the data. I must type all again. Baaaaa. Let's go to
work. Sh...
