Return address Default is not retained

Each time I open Word and print envelopes, I have to re-enter the return
address. It will retain the address as long as I do not close Word. Also,
how do I get the program to retain the Font I want as the default?
And, how do I respond to this newsgroup so that my response stays within the
thread and not as a new post? I am using OE for my newsreader and it does
not give me the choice of responding to the thread, just a new post or the
"Reply" button tries to send to the sender.

To address your Word question, have a look at
http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/Customization/CustomizeNormalTemplate.htm. Is
the return address the address you have entered in Tools | Options | User
Information?

In OE, click on the Reply to Group button to reply to a thread.

Suzanne, I do not find User Information under Tools|Options menu choices. I
am using OE version 6.0.

Suzanne, never mind the reply I just sent to you. I looked at the OE Tools
menu, not the Word Tools menu. The Word Tools|Options|User Information was
blank. I fille it in and it seems to have stuck. Thanks for the solution.
Although I still wonder why it was not placed in that location when I
selected the "Default" button on the return address box.
