HELP!
Envelope return addresses and the send to addresses print to high on the
face of the envelope. I can print individual envelopes correctly if I adjust
the positions manually each time, by lowering them one inch.
I tried changing the default "Style" for the return address but it did not
work.
I tried different poisitons for the bypass try envelope feed, (left, center
and right) and that did not make a difference.
I cannot figure this out. I can not find any help online or on
Microsoft.com.
I have a Ricoh 1013 fax/printer.
In my office, I have Ricoh 1015 and the return address prints but it cuts
off the left half of the address.
Any ideas?
