Return addressing problems Word 2003

When printing an envelope, I must click on Omit for the return address
section to get the Send To address to print. If I don't all I get is the
return address. If I run the envelope through twice once for the return
address and then again with the Omit checked I will get a perfect envelope,
but this can't be the proper way. Does anyone have any ideas ??
