1. Current documentation about email signatures is so poor it is useless.
2. Previous versions of Outlook allowed users to insert a signature from
many signatures in 2 clicks. Aren't programs supposed to get better not
worse?
3. The Autotext feature DOES NOT WORK !!!!! I tried this with one of my
signatures which has many lines, a disclosure clause, and a graphic. Word
would not let me create that as an autotext. I only got the signature to
work if I just used my name (who sends professional email like that?).
4. I have turned off insert signature on Replies and Forwarding because it
would never insert it correctly or I didn't need it all the time. I also
have different signatures for different accounts and audiences. PLEASE
PLEASE FIX THIS HORRIBLE MISTAKE AND RETURN THE INSERT SIGNATURE FEATURE
