one method - there might be a better one, is to play with the monitor
settings themselves (you know those buttons on the front) to move the whole
screen down so you can get to the title bar & then once you've moved that
down you can set your monitor back correctly and then fix up the excel
screen

Hope this helps.

If I understand you correctly, you're saying your Excel
window's Title bar is too far up that you can't see it
anymore?

If that's the case, then goTo your taskBar, right-click
on the Excel item (ie: the document you're working on),
and select "Move". Your cursor will turn into a '+' and
will 'stick' itself onto that Excel window's Title bar.
Then, just use your [Down-Arrow-Key]until you see the
titleBar, and then hit [Enter] to 'release' the cursor
from the said titleBar.

Happiness should then ensue.

You may have already tried this but if not give it a shot.

Right click on the excel bar in the taskbar. Click move and before you
move your mouse left click and hold then drag it down.

The task bar is the at the bottom of the screen by default. The "start
button" is bottom left corner.
There is no start line.

I didn't know about this! I'm all the time "losing" the title bar of my
document because I've pushed it too close to the top of the screen. Now I
know the trick to fetch it back. Brilliant!

The people on these Discussion Groups are SO KNOWLEDGEABLE! Thanks for all
your wisdom, guys!

Make excel the active application
alt-spacebar
type M
move the window with the arrow keys and hit enter to anchor it in its new
position.
