Return value based on combo selection

I have seen other posts addressing this same issue but I still cannot get it
to work.

I have a table with a list of approvers and their corresponding areas. The
combo box chooses the area and I want the approver to automatically appear in
the text box below it.

In the After Update event of the combo box:

Me.txtBoxApprover = Me.cboApprover
