returned mail i didnt send

help!!!yesterday I opened outlook express to find 2000 emails with the (mail
returned) message from dozens of servers, needless to say I didnt send them
and its getting worse ,Can anyone out there help

The best you can do it to create rules to handle them. The cause is that
the PC of someone who has your address in their address book has been
hijacked by a virus or spam sending software and is pretending to be you
when it sends its spew from that compromised machine. Since you have no way
of knowing what machine that is (it's not yours), there's nothing you can do
to stop it.
