I have a user that get this message when replying to ony one person.

"The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message was sent
to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient directly to find out
the correct address.
<server.domain.com #5.1.1 smtp;550 5.1.1 User unknown>"

The user that is receive the message does exist and can be seen in the
address book.
Any ideas?

Is the email address in the user's contacts correct? Is this person being
chosen from a GAL or the user's contacts? I would suggest making sure the
email address is entered correctly.

The user get the message when clicking on "reply" when the person write an
email. also if a seperate message is sent to the person using the GAL.
I can send an email message to the person with no problems.

Is this person using cached Exchange mode? If so, download a new GAL for
them. See if that helps.
