Reveal Codes suddenly turned-on

I was forwarding a msg yesterday and when drafting my response, all codes
(paragraph returns, spacing, etc.) were revealed in my email and I can't shut
it off. Help!

Of course you can shut it off. You must have either pressed Ctrl+Shift+8 or
clicked the ¶ button on the toolbar to turn it on. Do either one again to
turn it off. It's an on/off toggle.
