Reverse crop?

Not exactly a Word question, but I didn't find a specific forum for Picture
Manager. Anyway, I am wondering if Picture Manager is capable of adding white
space around an image, basically a reverse crop. I can resize the image, but
I can't seem to resize the canvas, so to speak. Seems like a pretty basic
thing to leave out, if that is the case.

Ok, I am the one who really wants to REVERSE CROP. What I mean is, I want to cut away the part that I select, but there seems to be no such option available. Any help will be appreciated.

Ok, I used Magic Select to crop the files, but now the dimensions are way off, the icons are too small! What the heck? What should I do??
