This works in outlook 2000, but not in outlook 2003.
The settings and expected behaviour is as follows:
- Printer set to print duplex (print double-sided).
- "Reverse on even pages" selected.
- "Layout" is "2 pages/week"
- Should print with page 1 empty, Mon-Wed on page 2 (on the back of pge 1),
thurs-sun on page 3 (facing page 2). So that when the pages are bounded into
a "book", the days in the same week are printed on facing pages.
However, with outlook 2003, it starts printing on page 1, such that i have
to turn the page to view thurs-sun.
