Reverse publish

When I reverse publish from my live site to a web copy folder on my pc, I
get the following error message,

Server error: The server extensions were unable to access the file
"C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\My
Webs\Webcopy\images\.Thumbs.db.tmp". Please check the file permissions.

Any ideas what could be causing this error.

Delete all copies of thumbs.db from your website, both locally and in the
remote site.
This file is produced if you view files in Windows Explorer as thumbnails,
and should never be left in a website.
