Reverse Publishing not showing updated downloaded files

Hello,

When I reverse publish to my office PC, then I go into frontpage to look at
the files, I actually have to refresh each page to see the updates... when I
do a refresh on the website, the updates don't show until I actually refresh
each page individually.

How can I get the updates to show from the reverse publishing?

Clear your cache! Or set your browser to automically
download on opening.

I'm not using my browser to view the pages. I'm using
frontpage editor to view the pages. How does my browser's
cache affect frontpage's editor? Or does it?

Either close and re-open the local copy after publishing from remote back to your machine or press
the F5 key or run Tools | Recalculate Hyperlinks.
