Reverse publishing website

I created & maintained a website using FP for several years. My laptop
recently crashed and I lost the FP web on the hard disk. Is there a way I can
download the website back to My Web on my C Drive, so I can update it and not
lose what's out there?

multiple times as it's hard to follow replies and see if you've already been
helped. Also, posting more than once won't get you a response any faster.
