Revert Word formatting back to nonmetric ie: ruler is in cms - I .

Since performing a nondestructive recovery my Word document rulers, etc are
nonmetric. I want inches. How do I get inches back. Also in outlook the date
on my outgoing e-mails is in what I think is German not English. Thanks!

In Word, click on Tools | Options | General | Measurement units: Inches | OK.
If changing the setting here doesn't work, then see
