Was this user's profile copied from a profile of a user who is no longer
active? This is in Outlook 2000 SR-1. I assume that the name she sees when
she forwards an email and begins typing is the user name that was associated
with that PC? or with the Exchange profile setting? We are on Windows 2000
server and desktop. Thanks.
