I want to track revisions (as in Rev 1 , Rev 2) against
each line that is changed in a document. Each line that is
changed should have a separate symbol against. Each symbol
(or number) should refer to Rev 1, Rev 2 respectively.
This symbol should refer a footnote on the same page which
will indicate what revision number that symbol corresponds
to.
