THis is exactly the same case for me while I am trying to remote retrieve my emails. From time to time there are emails that would cause the retrieving to halt and return the message :

Please contact your administrator'
It says mail server internal report error (report code 0x800CCC90)
I tried using MSN web mail and basically I have the same result. I tried with Yahoo web mail, I can clear the mail box and it would function normal again until the next hit.....
Any idea what's going on?
