RFI (request for Infromation ) template for evaluating CRM prodcut

We are looking in to going into vendors and trying to evaluate CRM prodcuts.
It would be great if some one can share RFI template for the evaluating CRM
prodcuts .

You need to be a little more specific. What are you trying to accomplish. I
am an idjut and have no clue what CRM is. I have no idea what software you
are using.

Customer relationship management (CRM) is a prodcut that covers concepts used
by companies to manage their relationships with customers, including the
capture, storage and analysis of customer, vendor, partner, and internal
process information.

Microsoft has a prodcut called :Microsoft CRM Dynamics" which is one of the
leading provider of CRM.

We are currently looking into market to evaluate CRM prodcuts. There are
considerable vendors outside and we would like to create a RFI for an CRM
prodcut. It would be great if there is a CRM template that we can follow on.
